Refund Policy

At PokerReadr, we want pricing and refunds to be as simple and honest as the product itself. This page explains exactly what to expect.

Free Tier

You can try PokerReadr for free — and may take notes on up to 20 players with a free account. There's no time limit on the free tier. You decide when (or whether) to upgrade.

Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No support ticket needed.
• When you cancel, you will not be billed again.
• You keep access to all app features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, you keep access for the remainder of that period, but we will not refund the unused portion.

Your Data

You can export your player notes data at any time from your account settings. That remains true whether your subscription is active, canceled, or expired. We do not hold your data hostage.

Questions or Special Situations

Life happens, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one. If something went wrong with your subscription — a double charge, a feature that did not work as described, or anything else worth a second look — please reach out via our contact form.

We will respond as quickly as possible.
